Inspired by the island of Šolta and the Adriatic Sea, the cuisine of Martinis Marchi Restaurant celebrates the flavours, traditions and ingredients that define Dalmatian gastronomy.

Our menus are guided by seasonality and built around carefully selected local produce, freshly caught fish, seafood, island olive oil, local wines, aromatic herbs and ingredients sourced from trusted producers across Šolta and Dalmatia.

At the heart of every dish lies a respect for simplicity, allowing exceptional ingredients to speak for themselves while being elevated through contemporary culinary techniques and thoughtful presentation.

Whether enjoyed beneath the stars in our historic gardens or overlooking the marina and the Adriatic, dining at Martinis Marchi is designed as more than a meal; it is an authentic Mediterranean experience shaped by the island, the sea and the rhythm of Dalmatian life.

Martinis Marchi Wine Cellar

On our estate, excellent food is always accompanied by exquisite wine – our wine cellar has been here for centuries, and today it is full of supreme wines of renowned local and foreign producers.

Here, all wine lovers can enjoy a special atmosphere and exclusive wines and taste a unique and high-quality autochthonous wine sort, Dobričić, cultivated in this area for over 800 years. However, the sort rose to fame much later when a prestigious wine sort Zinfandel, which was initially created from the sort Dobričić, acquired world fame.

The wine cellar is ideal for all kinds of business and private events, such as intimate, top-notch weddings, team-buildings, and incentives, but especially for exclusive wine tastings with tasting menus prepared by Martinis Marchi Restaurant.

This venue is ideal up to 20 people.

Martinis Marchi Bar

A small, but a luxurious lounge area is to be found within the restaurant. The bar enables you to have private magical moments while indulging in a cocktail, a glass of whiskey or a quality cigar and resting your eyes looking at the priceless picture of the peaceful marina framed by the Adriatic Sea.
