On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, our baroque castle and marina on the island of Šolta came alive with the vibrant energy of our signature eno-gastro event: WINE & FRIENDS.
Designed to elegantly showcase both our restaurant and the island as a prime destination for refined hedonists, the event blended wine, cuisine, art, and heritage into a uniquely Dalmatian experience.
Beneath the golden Mediterranean sun, guests embarked on a curated sensory journey through the islands of Šolta, Brač, Hvar, Korčula, and Vis, with each island represented by an exceptional local winery. From beyond the Adriatic, esteemed international producers from Italy and France added a cosmopolitan note to our coastal story, creating a dynamic dialogue between terroirs.
Our 2025 featured wineries included:
- Stina Winery (Brač)
- Tomić Winery (Hvar)
- Zure Winery (Korčula)
- Senjanović Winery (Vis)
- Litterarii Winery (Continental Croatia)
- Balić Winery (Šolta)
- Tenuta di Biserno (Italy)
- Château Les Crosses (France)
- Lanson Champagne (represented by Vinoteka LU-MA) our champagne of the season 2025
The day began with a warm marina welcome, live Klapa Sotto Voce, and chilled Lanson Champagne bubbles.
The celebration then moved into our atmospheric wine cellar, where tastings and stories flowed, highlighting each winery’s philosophy and the richness of our region’s wine heritage.
As the sun dipped toward the sea, guests gathered on the restaurant terrace for our Sunset Gala Dinner.
Our Martinis Marchi restaurant chefs and team crafted a refined menu inspired by traditional island recipes, reinterpreted with local ingredients—wild herbs, sea salt, fresh seafood, and virgin olive oil—each course beautifully paired with a selected wine.
Beyond gastronomy, WINE & FRIENDS embraced the creative spirit of the islands. The event featured a live art session with renowned local painter Vicko Buktenica, inviting guests to take a brush and become part of the canvas.
And at the heart of this unforgettable gathering is always Šolta—our beloved island known for its ancient olive groves, golden honey, and deeply rooted winemaking traditions.
Our partners Tvrdic Honey and Olynthia Natura were there to help us share the island’s magic first-hand.
