The Gault & Millau Croatia 2022 awards for the best restaurants and chefs were presented at a gala dinner at the Emerald Hall of the Esplanade Hotel, where more than 100 leading chefs of Croatian restaurants gathered to receive well-deserved awards.

Our f&b manager Toni Miloš received the trophy on behalf of the Martinis Marchi Restaurant for Best Service 2022! 

This award empowers and motivates us to continue following the planned vision, continuously striving to maintain and improve the quality of service, focusing on sustainable and high-quality ingredients, making authentic dishes and preserving the tradition of the area we live in. We are aware that the people are our strongest force, and we put a strong emphasis on the well-being of our employees and team who, with the synergy with the local producers and ingredients as well as the perfect ambience we have, make dining at Martinis Marchi always a memorable experience!

Also on the night, the fifth edition of the Gault&Millau Croatia 2022 guide was also presented.

The bilingual international gastronomic guide includes 265 Top restaurants, 105 POP–popular bars (bistros, street food, snack bars, patisseries) and 105 wines from all over Croatia.
