Job Description

  • Independently prepare dishes and collaborate with the head chef
  • Prepare and present dishes according to the menu, following our standards and HACCP regulations
  • Manage premium ingredients economically and ensure their quality
  • Carefully use modern kitchen equipment
     

Requirements

  • Experience in the mentioned position
  • Organisation, independence, and creativity in work
  • Team spirit, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine or similar styles (advantage)
  • Knowledge of English (advantage)
