Requests and reservations are accepted via e-mail, our web pages, online booking , telephone, or personally at the hotel reception.
We ask for a first deposit payment of 30% of total service ordered. Deposit should be on our account latest 3 working days after reconfirmation of customer. Only when deposit is received, we consider reservation as valid.
The advanced payments can be effectuated ONLINE/BY CREDIT CARDS or OFFLINE via bank remittances, and personally at the hotel reception
The final account is carried out at the hotel reception prior departure.
Specified prices are informative, and the hotel reserves the right to make changes. The change of the reservation is possible only in writing.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation up to 45 days before the arrival, in which case the guest has the right on 30% discount for staying in hotel on the next available period that is convenient for both, hotel and guest.

Cancellation conditions and refund
- Until 45 days before the check in date, a complete refund of deposit will be approved.
- From 45 days until 14 days before check in date, 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation within period of days before check in date will be treated as no show and the total price for reserved period will be charged if the hotel is not able to sell the suites and additional services ordered with the same conditions in such a short time, the exception is illness or vis major
The reservation is valid from the date the advanced payment and the reservation is kept until 24:00 hrs at the day of arrival to the hotel
