Sixth year in a row, we organize wine & culinary event WINE & FRIENDS were we get together to celebrate the Mediterranean joy of living, beautiful moments spent with friends who are as family!
During that day we are always enhanced by top quality wines from our wine partners, high gastronomy from our Chefs but above all the incredible energy and atmosphere that echo through the chambers of our 300 years old baroque castle, as if we are transformed into hedonistic oasis of some forgotten world…
After the warm greeting of our guests with the welcome speech and our partner G. H. Mumm Champagne in the Marina, the afternoon hours featured a presentation of some of the best winemakers in Croatia and beyond, in the living room of our heritage castle, followed by a short trip around the island to investigate Šolta's true gems - vineyards, olive oil, and honey or just chilling time around the pool.
The respectable list of wine partners who participated in the sixth edition of this event is the best guarantee of its importance on the gastro stage.

During wine tasting, our guests also enjoyed in some of the autochthonous products from the island, such as olive oil Olynthia Natura and the famous honey of Tvrdić family.
After the leisure afternoon around the open pool under the sunny sky, an exclusive seven-course dinner completed the event, conceived in a way that every dish was crafted by a chef from a different hotel in the Stories group - an association of unique luxury hotels in Croatia, which encompasses carefully selected hotels that inspire with legacy, heritage and warm hospitality on the Croatian Adriatic. In addition, first time in Croatia we had the privledge to taste Rum Pacto Navio as digestif, just perfect ending to royal feast!

Just as our guests of the heritage hotel, restaurant, and marina,” said our f&b manager Toni Miloš who was the creator of this dinner concept.
