Every Saturday, Martinis Marchi invites guests from Split & surroundings to discover a thoughtfully curated experience that combines a scenic boat journey, heritage, art, fine gastronomy, and one of the Adriatic’s most beautiful sunsets.
The evening begins with an organised boat transfer from Split to the picturesque village of Maslinica on the island of Šolta. The journey itself becomes part of the experience, leaving the rhythm of the city behind and setting the scene for an evening of Mediterranean tranquillity.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a drink by a selected wine partner, before exploring the historic Martinis Marchi Castle, its gardens, private library and art spaces.
The experience also includes an exclusive exhibition of graphic works by Zvonimir Mihanović, one of Croatia’s most distinguished artists. Presented within the historic setting of the castle, the exhibition creates a unique dialogue between art, heritage and place.
The evening continues at the Martinis Marchi Restaurant with a carefully curated three-course dinner, served on one of Dalmatia’s most beautiful terraces as the sun sets over the Adriatic.
Guests may choose between a fish or meat menu. Their preferred menu should be selected in advance.

Sunset Saturdays is more than a dinner or an island excursion. It is a carefully designed experience that brings together the sea, culture, art, gastronomy and the authentic Mediterranean way of life.

€155 per person
The price includes a return boat transfer from Split to Maslinica, a welcome drink, a guided tour of the castle, private library and exhibition, and a three-course dinner.
